Jang Su Jang is better than Well Bean Tofu. I used to love Well Bean, but over the years, the prices have gone up and the quality of the food has gone down. JSJ has probably taken over as my new favorite place to get soondubu soup (soft tofu). It’s delicious and it is served boiling in a stone bowl. It’s so fresh and hot that they give you an egg to boil in it. I am a huge fan of galbi (Korean ribs) and soondubu combos and I thought that at $18, it was reasonably priced. The galbi was not that good though – very disappointing, but the soup and the side dishes made up for it!I’ll definitely go back! Sorry for the crappy pics!
