I enjoy Mama’s Paradise Restaurant. The service is extremely friendly and I can go here and get away from work for an hour. It’s never too noisy, which means plenty of booths are available for me to sit in while I get lost in the oxtails. Since I don’t eat chicken, my options are limited but I enjoy their oxtails. I usually order a small since that’s enough. Their cabbage/vegetables and plantains are a bit blander than what I’m used to but it could be a seasonal thing. Overall, the food is amazing. Great Caribbean spot off Satellite. forkcetious.com
