2 hours for 1 pizza. I cannot attest to the quality of the pizza but I can however say with certainty that the customer service was horrid and the overall indifference for customer satisfaction was shocking. Asking a paying customer with a variety of local options to wait 2 hours for a pizza is professional suicide in the food service industry, and is a sure way to push customers away, as well as tarnish the image of the Marco’s brand. I personally will never again spend my consumer dollars at Marco’s, and not just because of the ridiculous wait time, but also the atrocious attitudes of the employee’s from management on down. One of the worst dining experiences I have experienced.

Winter Lunch. This a new place that has opened up by the office. The shopping center that it’s located in is richly populated with places to eat, so we have no shortage of place to dine.Since the weather was nasty today they weren’t that packed for lunch. The folks working the counter were polite and well dressed. the tables were all wiped down and the restroom was clean.I went with the 10 piece wing order, yeah I know weird to go for wings in a pizza joint, but what the heck. The wings were plumb, juicy and pretty damn tasty.The others went for the single order pizza, and everyone gave a hearty thumbs up.All in all not bad for franchise pizza joint, I’ll go back. fricksworld.blogspot.com
