I had very good service tonight and a wonderful meal. Loved the lobster special!The only reason I’m not giving this a full rating is because a few of the tables around us were not cleaned off when we came in and that was not very appetizing.
No tomatoes means what?. I ordered my sandwich with no tomatoes and what I ended up with was a plain sandwich. No cheese, no lettuce or mayo. It was bad enough that my to go order wasnt ready when I arrived 40 mins after I placed my order but I was also being charged the dinner price when it was lunchtime. Horrible service with medicore food.
Really old place. This Red Lobster is the worst one I’ve been to. Very old place, very dark and it does not seem clean… with a bad smell, I will not go there again.
Look out for the crab legs. We had take out on new years eve. When we got home and I saw my crab legs I was totally disgusted. They had large black spongy spots on them. I called the manager and he said they were barnacles and the crab was safe to eat. He said their supplier is usually good about removing them but must have missed some. I have never seen that before, and will never eat there again. Does anyone want to buy the rest of my gift card, because this place is nasty.
Mrs.. We have been to Gwinnett Red Lobster several times. I don’t know what happened but our meal tasted tasteless. My husband’s Lobster Lovers Dream was more like a nightmare. The Maine (I should say baby) lobster was so dry and the rock lobster was so tuff he could hardly cut it. My Admiral’s Feast was totally tasteless. The shrimp were so thin (butterflied) you could practically see through them and my fish tasted flat and mushy. Almost, like they had come off a month long freezer trip.
Terrible. This is by far the worst!We waited 10 minutes for a table, (not bad) the server got our drinks right away. However, after our salads and delicious bisquits, we were told there was a wait as there were two big parties ahead of us. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Which i wouldn’t even mind if it was good. As soon as the plate was put in front of me it smelled of plastic. I mistakenly took a bite of my lobster, and have not gotten the taste out of my mouth after 3 hours. I explained to our server how the food smelled and tasted. She came back with a $5.60 bill. The manager said to take the meals off the price. HOW NICE OF HIM! He better hope no one gets seriously ill.
What happen to Red Lobster?. Red Lobster used to be awesome. Sometime int he last 10 years the chain, and this location in particular has really gone down hill.The Good: The staff is friendly and when it’s shrimp fest it’s still worth going. The cheddar bay biscuits are still awesome.The bad: the quality of the food is pretty bad. Almost every non-fried dish is sitting in a pool of water when served, and all too often the salad dishes are super hot which makes for a crappy experience. For the price the food just isn’t worth it.
