  Having tried this location no less than 5 times I can say that my hope that it will get better is gone. Every time the service has been rediculosly slow, the food mediocre at best and the overall experience disappointing. Food tends to come out dried out from sitting under the heat lamps which I can’t understand in a half empty restaurant where it took 45 mins to get our entrees. The kid’s meals came out with the plates blazing hot and the sliders dried out hockey pucks. My husband’s broccoli was rubber. It was apparent based on the color that it was originally cooked well, but after sitting under a heat lamp was dried out pieces if old tire. We have given the several chances to improve but if anything it just gets worse each time we come. I am sad to say that we will never be coming to this location again.

  Mixed experience. I have reasons to be upset with our visit but our server and the manager were just true examples of what it is to provide great customer service. For this reason alone I will set aside my disappointment and give this location another try. First, the bad:-We ordered spinach dip and it took longer than expected (it didn’t really feel that long because we were enjoying the 2 for 1 beers at happy hour) but our server brought us chips and salsa while we waited. -I ordered a tex-mex bowl without chicken and it was brought to me with chicken. I understand it is an easy mistake as that item comes with chicken. They took it back and said a new one would be prepared. -They bring out the bowl 2 minutes later and I notice it’s the same bowl only they scooped up the chicken and oops, they left a piece. Waiter apologizes profusely and still all is ok in my world. -My husband ordered cheese enchiladas (that IS the menu item) and after I got my food we finally cut into his enchilada to try it out and it has chicken. So it’s my turn to wait until he gets his food. The good:-Without us even saying anything, the server sent the manager out to talk to us and apologize. They made this right with our bill and even gave us a free dessert of our choice. That right there is great service and I would go back to this location any time. Yea, the kitchen staff is chicken happy, messed up our order and tried to be lazy/shady by just scooping out the chicken out of my bowl but sometimes good service and handling things the right way in a messed up situation leaves a good impression on a customer and they decide to give a place another try.
