This was my first hot pot experience and Im not sure I enjoyed it. I felt confused about what to do and it just did not make for a comfortable dining experience. I went to the condiment station to pick up some Sriracha sauce and the tip of the bottle was just so encrusted with old dried sauce that it made me wonder how much attention they pay to cleanliness of their restaurant. The food was ok, but it was not really enjoyable to have to cook my own food at the table.
