Disgusting. First visit to Mac Land Wings & More….never again! Ordered hot lemon pepper and hot ranch wings, cheese fries and potato skins. Food was unrecognizable when it came out. Boneless wings looked like charred hockey pucks. Flavor of all items was questionable and downright unpalatable. My fiance can eat ANYTHING and he couldn’t stomach much of this. Horrible. Will never return. Still trying to rinse the taste out of our mouths.
Customer Service is Horrible. Over the past few years the customer service has really gone down. I have been going to this location for several years. Lately, there has been issues with my order and when I bring it up the owner is very rude and argumentative.
Superbowl Sunday, I ask myself while standing in the restaraunt crowded full of people. Why place an order if you still gone be an hour behind. First off, the lady that answered the phone tld me incorrect information..when I get up its totally different. Mind u I have been waiting for an extra 30-45 minutes. I told them they need to honor what was quoted to me..no they don’t, then turns around and holler at me saying WHY ARE U GIVING US SUCH A HARD TIME!!! Really?? When you all messed up???!! Then not to mention the lil sideline cheerleader gone call me annoying, because I’m complaining about my ORDER!!!! Excuse me!!! Who the hell are u talking to??!! Yea kind of glad hubby was NO WHERE in the place!! Anyways..they are rude, nasty and unproffesional!!! This place as u can see the employees are always right!!! I did end up getting the chili cheese fries and the drink for $5 dollars more, guess what??!! I threw the fries away…ain’t no tellin what they did to them when they took them to the back..Ill pass!!!
Best wings bar none. The lemon pepper wings at this place are the best in the whole area.Hand done hamburgers, great fries. But the wings are awesome.
Terrible! I can’t believe I wasted my $$. I almost never review restaurants online but I feel very passionate about HATING this place! I live very close to this place but never tried it. I happened upon it when Johnny’s next door was closed (delicious by the way) and in my experience hole in the wall joints like this are usually the best. I got the gyro (again based on my experience of hole in the wall joints like this). TMZ was blaring outrageously loud while I was sitting there and it took over 30 minutes to get my food but I was starving and I wanted to give them a real chance. It was completely unseasoned and very plain. There was a tiny pie e of tomato in the entire oh my gosh, hardly any meat and you could tell the onion was from the sat bit of the inside and tasted horrible. I asked for seasoned fries which cost more but got regular fries that were burned to a crisp. The lady who took my order (wouldn’t call her a server since she wasn’t really serving as much as she was misundertsanding me due to a language barrier) didn’t seem to understand me when I asked for fresh fries so I decided to chalk it up to my mistake and just skip the fries and try to eat the rest. Apparently the fountain soda machine was down which means I got a bottled coke zero even though I asked for diet coke and the soda some how tasted like perfume smells…. A little concerned I may get sick now. I tried to just give up and pay my bill but she somehow wanted to charge me $10 for the whole thing… $7 for the sandwich which was labeled $6 on the menu, $1 for the fries which were labeled as a $0.50 up charge and $2 for the terrible coke. I tried to ask questions then finally gave up and just took it out of what I would have tipped. I feel like I’ve been had for eating here it is so awful… I wish I had just gone to McDonald’s because seriously it would have been better…
