  Lousy Takeout. Ordered two Veal Marsala for take out. Carrabba’s is usually very good. Not This time. Gravy on the veal was tasteless and should have been wine as listed on menu. Italian salad ordered but was anything but it. If I was at a Carrabba’s table meals would have gone back. Wasted $40

  Great food. Me and my husband have been going here for 9 years and we have never been disappointed. My husband always gets the sirloin Marsala and it is ALWAYS cooked perfectly. It’s a great cut and never overlooked. The tomato basil soup is so good you want to lick the bowl when you’re done. Bartenders make good margaritas. And we have always had good service. I can only remember one waiter that was a slacker, most are very professional and know the menu well. Love this place!

  To add to my pervious written review ; I really need to add the bathroom most stalls had no tissue, when we was sitted notice the floor was crumbs/ food everywhere. I had to step over a used knife in the floor. Cleanliness to me is the first line of defense to weather your experience will be good or not. Anyway this was my wonderful date pick and my only experience will Carrabas was in west palm beach fl where I’m from. Perhaps there that resturant was of higher status. Or better management . Because this was my first time to this Carrabbas here in Augusta Ga and due to my date like this place; I will try only one more time. Again as I said next time will do pasta dish. After that will stick to Olive Garden if it have the same issues. Oh again the the prices was just not fair for what we ordered. Pollo Maria – chicken stuff goat cheese prosuito lemon sauce mushrooms garlic smash potatoes. Wish I tried dessert.25 Nov, 2012I had Carrabbas last night. Myself and my date had the Pollo Maria; stuff chicken with prosuito goat cheese lemon sauce with mushrooms with garlic mash potatoes Cesar side salad. The Cesar salad is heavily dressed no problem for me however every thing had way to much garlic. I’m still belching it now. I had the small dish which was 15 dollars the large was maybe two or three dollars more; way over priced. The staff was great not a long wait at all.my date loved everything perhaps Iam picky. Next time I will stick to the pasta . And dessert. The prices is out of this world for the dish I had .
