Good food, bad customer service. So sad to write this. Been ordering the delivery for over a year and never had a problem. Food is always good. Tonight we ordered and one 1 out of the 3 meals were delivered. My husband called and all the manager said was she was sorry, and she wouldn’t charge the delivery fee again for the rest of our food. We were waiting for an hour to begin with and they said it was going to take another 30 minutes to get our food. I called the manager back and had the worst experience. She acted like I was trying to get a free meal which was nit the case and I even said it several times. She asked what I wanted and I said how about a credit for next time (I didnt specify an amount) or take a little off the Bill. She kept saying over and over she didn’t charge us the second delivery fee. Yeah I got that. Then repeatedly asked what I wanted and I repeated myself 3 times and she kept asking and saying she didn’t know what I wanted. Then she went off about how my husband said he was fine with everything. Ok yeah you talked to my husband and then I called. You aren’t talking to him anymore you are talking to me, and I made how I felt pretty plain to the delivery guy so it wasn’t like it was a secret. I told her that I worked customer service for over 10 years in multiple fields and that the situation wasn’t right and we needed to be compensated. She then tells me that I should be more understanding and that she can’t make me order from them and it was my choice. I’ve never had such horrible customer service ever. Never have I been in a situation where they don’t care for return business. I even requested to speak to her manager and she refused. She went off the phone, spoke I. Spanish for a few minutes and then came back on the line. I don’t care how good your food is, if you treat your customers this way, you can keep it.
Best Chinese in Augusta. I always get chicken corn soup, it is the best. Only Chinese food I get while I am here.
