We stopped at Edgar’s impromptu for brunch while in town and were blown away by the Sunday brunch. There’s real thoughtfulness in the menu choices, everything was well seasoned, and the customer service was great. I had the breakfast burger and I swapped the patty for the fried chicken crucial, the shrimp and grits were amazing and I say that as a native of Charleston, SC. I’ll eat here again and again.
Edgar’s changes their menu frequently so don’t fall in love with a particular dish because it might not be available again, and if it is the preparation isn’t consistent so it may taste different. There are some great selections for a decent price at lunchtime so i like to try something new every time I go so I can focus on the experience. I am a fan of the work Edgars is doing for our community!
