Are you in the mood for an eclectic lunch for two? Or maybe you want to indulge in a rich coffee blend and a mouth watering dessert? If you blink and miss your turn going by on Davis Road, turn around and GO BACK, you’re really missing out!Inner Bean is a small coffee shop and cafe, and there’s a reason there’s a line at lunch. When you walk to the counter you’re greeted with a handwritten menu on the wall full of coffee blends, and a small section for breakfast and lunch plates. Most menu items have their own unique twists that really work, like the apricot jam on the grilled cheese sandwich, or the seasonings in the chicken quesadilla. Some menu items change seasonally and they use fresh ingredients. While you’re waiting to order, you’re faced with a large refrigerator case with a row of towering, homemade cakes and pies staring up at you with big eyes, just begging you to take them with you.You can choose to sit at one of the straightforward sets of tables and chairs in the front section, or sprawl out on a couch in the back, which really makes for a nice atmosphere. The staff is helpful and friendly, I have been many times and will keep coming back! You should, too!

LOVE IT, however…. I love the Inner Bean and it is my favorite coffee shop, however the hours prevent me from going there as often as I would like. Its also hard for meeting other people as they close Really early. Food is EXCELLENT, Coffee is AMAZING, and tea is yummy…. nothing bad to eat or drink here.
I have been back here at least once or twice a week since my first post. Fantastic service, great atmosphere.26 Oct, 2011Great experience. We have driven by this place many times and I have said i wanted to check it out. They don’t open early enough in the morning for my wife and I to stop for coffee on the way to work and hey are normally closed when we get off. Last night we stopped on open mic night and it was a great experience. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. We had Veggie wraps (they do only have two dishes that are vegetarian/vegan friendly) and they were great. I had the caramel-apple cake and my wife went with red velvet and they were delicious. The slice of cake they gave me was enough to feed three people. The person who decided to take advantage of the open mic played an acoustic guitar which made the whole experience a little more relaxing.
Cool place. What a cool place! Delicious coffee drinks and warm and welcoming staff. The seating was comfortable and open, I sensed I could really spread out and finally relax.
Nice study area. The Inner Bean has a great, cozy atmosphere. There’s tables in the front area in a restaurant type setting and there are couches in the back for lounging. The drinks are pretty good, and although I haven’t eaten anything there yet, the cakes look delicious. Although the prices aren’t bad–they’re about the same as other coffee places, I enjoy going there for happy hour where drinks are half off.
