No Surprises – Always Consistent!. It’s really hard to find a steak restaurant you can REALLY depend on, but Longhorn (at least this one) fits the bill. We’ve never (or hardly ever) had a problem here and, when one does arise, the management is right on top of it to make it right. We’re lucky enough to be recognized by both the Managing Partner and one of the front-of-the-house managers, and that makes our dining experience all the more enjoyable. I travel quite a bit on business and Longhorn is consistent even across cities and states.By the way, even though it’s not on the menu anymore, if the one you go to will still fix their Blue Ridge Wedge Salad, it’s GREAT!
Very Good Steaks.. Every time I have been I have gotten a well seasoned, perfectly cooked steak.
Great burgers.. Been going here since I was a kid and I’m very selective of the food I get. Of the items I’ve gotten at Longhorn, which includes their burgers, their salmon, and their ribeye, I’ve been pleased with each choice. I enjoy the service, which comes with friendly staff, and the bar area, which is open-seating and near a TV. Their bread is also really good.
Service was awful, food was bland wont be going back!

Native Texas approved. Steak was a tad bit undercooked but the natural flavor of my sirloin was delicious. Service was good. My glass stayed full, always a measure of the waitstaff’s attentiveness.
