    Food is good, Service going downhill. We ate here a few weeks ago and were regulars. This last experience was a completely different experience. We came in on a weeknight and we asked for booth on the sushi side. No one was back there but the waiter said it was closed. She then sat us right next to a screaming toddler. We ordered our food: a chicken bento box, 2 sushi rolls, and steak and rice, and after 20 minutes I asked where our soup and salad were. She forgot we were supposed to get salads even though she asked what type of dressing we wanted. One of my husbands sushi rolls came out and followed by salads and soup. By then it had been 45 minutes since we ordered. My food arrived first, and then he received a salmon bento box which was completely wrong while my food had gotten cold. My husband never sends food back so he ate it even though he did not want it. I was still missing one sushi roll and it never came. Once I asked about it she stated she thought she brought it to me. I was done with this place at that moment and asked for to go plates and the manager. The only thing the sorry excuse for a manager did was charge us the price for the chicken bento box rather than the salmon one. I will not be dinning here again and will make sure I do not recommend this place.

    AMAZING!. I don’t eat seafood, so I can’t vouch for the sushi part of the restaurant, but the Hibachi grill experience was fantastic! Easily the best chicken and steak I have ever had at a Japanese restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the chef was a master at his art. He even noticed me and my wife drinking Sake and grabbed a huge bottle of it and squirted our mouths full of it!I will make it a point to return to this fine establishment.

    I love this place! In the past, I have not been a fan of Japanese/Hibachi restaurants and still find ones that I don’t like, but Miyako does Hibachi well. Their food is very flavorful and their staff is very nice and attentive. Make sure to get yourself a bottle of Nigori’s Unfiltered Sake while you’re there. ^_^

    It was very delicious and we had superb service. I like the fact that they don’t do all the extra hoopla as they cook prepares your meal in front of you! The prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for!!! I definitely will recommend to family and friends!

    Myiako. Well, where do I start with this place?! The first thing that aggravates me about this place the most is the service. The servers there are extremely rude. They surly have a really hard time keeping up with their jobs. I sat at my table 30 minutes before getting my check after my server had walked by us a trillion times. Our drinks stayed low the whole time, maybe only refilled once. My husbands beer was room temperature. When he ordered another one, he never received it. The sushi was all right; however it took them literally 30 minutes to bring it to us and it was rather sloppy looking. the server knocked some over after apologizing about it. When they brought out the soups and salads two soups were missing and a salad dressing was wrong on one. The cooks were rather good and they did a good job cooking but apparently the server once again wrote down the wrong thing. When We finally received our check and we payed the server then looked at the tip right in front of us and huffed because we only left a dollar. I’m sorry I use to be a server growing up. good service better tip. nonetheless its rude to look at it when your customers are right there.The people that own that place can barely speak english. We use to go all the time and it was always good and we always sat with a younger lady a younger man and they were the best service we had, but apparently the one no longer works there. and with this new staff things are going down hill. i dont want to ever go back there.
