A young manager with unprofessional burgundy hair was the work manager I have ever encountered in a so called clay family Italian restaurant. She was to bust to addresses my concerns and then I overheard her belittling the staff. You apologize to the first and make it right by offering apologies at least. However she was to busy hiding each time I tried to get my server to call upon her.Also, the service could be on point but the kitchen needs to step it up. The food is not worth the irritation but it is tasty.I suggest new management and possibly some new wait staff that is amicable and doesn’t express their mood swings in front of guests! When is it ok to argue or belittle others who workfor you by screaming when with a guest?

Seating layout is strange still but now a favorite2016Service was the slowest we have experienced in a very long time. It took over 30 minutes to get a drink and almost one hour until we ordered our food. We had to request bread even though she gave it to two other tables. I had chicken Parmesan and it was tough. I used a knife to cut. Wife had veal Picatta and it was good. Overall C
Food is awesome, service is…lacking. I called to set up a dinner party for 25- 2 months from now. They called back and set up a date and time to meet with the chef to set up the menu for our party. My husband took off early from work to make the time set by the restaurant. We arrived a few minutes early. We were greeted and sat in a side room. When we tried to order drinks, the waitress didn’t know what was in the signature drinks on the menu. When I said something about her being new she indicated she wasn’t. We also order bruschetta pomodora. The drinks and food were awesome! After waiting 30 minutes past the appt time we decided to go ahead and order food. Again the waitress didn’t know what was in some of the entrees. That surprised me. The food was hot, tasted wonderful. and was presented very nice. Our waitress was friendly, checked on us often and served the food properly. I consider the service bad because she didn’t know the drinks, entrees and never asked or offered us dessert. I found out later they have a great tiramisu, I never would have left without a piece but didn’t knew they had it! I also considered it poor service that they set up an appointment and no one would assist us at the time THEY scheduled!Will I eat there again, probably, the food was that good. But will I have my party there and drop almost a grand on a special night with them? Heck no!
