This is one of the best places in Augusta to hit up for some terrible customer service. Don’t bother complaining to the manager. She’s the biggest runt of them all. Get it? Runt instead of the other word. The C word. Zing.
Used to be good. I frequent this starbucks due to the location. The customer service is horrible most of the time. The people who work there are in need of constant management. There have been a couple of times coffee was not availble.
Seems like the people working there would rather gossip than work. coffee is good but atmosphere is not very inviting.
