Takeout lunch. I ordered the loaded potato skins and the potatoes on the bottom tasted awful. Tasted like they had been heated in a microwave. Also ordered the fried mushrooms and found them unusually greasy. Will never eat there again.
Good chicken salad. I haven’t been here in forever and never had much of an interest to go back, but my husband said they have a good salad. I’ve had the fried chicken salad at lunch a couple times and it has been very good. It is sort of basic, but it’s a good quick lunch that is very filling. The portion size is generous, the service is fast and hospitable and the decor is cute. I would recommend trying it if you’re looking for a lunch spot.
Cold beer omg cold beer! Great seafood platter!! Friend ordered oysters never came so we cancelled them but food and service was good and really cold beer!!!
T’s Seafood. We ate here 9 years ago and decided to give it another try on 2-18-12. Well, it still sucks!!! Way over priced for what you get. The catfish had no taste whatsoever. The shrimp tasted like plastic and the broiled scallops had no taste. Between the two of us we spent $75.00. We had a couple of appetizers that were laughable. The stuffed mushrooms with sea monkey size shrimp in them and a bunch of cheese melted over it. (Yuck) What’s with the extra charge of $2.95 for the sub par salad bar? Do they really think they have something great? I can’t believe people are voting this place the best seafood in Augusta. Folks, do you not have any taste? Captain D’s is better than this place. If you want good TASTING seafood go to Angies on the lake, Harbor Inn or The Variety in Aiken. But, for the love of God stay away from this overpriced junk.
Catfish?. My family and friends have been eating at T’s since I was a child and we have always loved it but the last 4 times we ate there the Catfish is not the same.I don’t know what that stuff is but it ain’t catfish!! It taste muddy and mushy with NO catfish taste. Sell the real stuff T’s. Buy american raised!
Great Every Time. Our group usually makes it to T’s about 3 or 4 times a year….the food is always great, and you have that atmosphere where you know what your going to get is going to taste out of this world, and it does! This place has never disappointed our group…we will return time and again! Great job!
