Horrible!!. We went there driving from FL to SC they would not serve us at the grill because only my kids and I were ordering hibachi so we moved to other side and dinner no longer came with shrimp appetizer although it was the same price there were no lunch prices on sunday the food was bland we will not be returning
Great. No problems. Food was great and the service was on point.
Unimpressed. Visited Shogun on a lunch appointment and ordered the shrimp & vegetable tempura. Was expecting crisp, succulent shrimp and a medley of fresh vegetables all delicately fried, tempura – style. Received instead two shrimp sticks and mostly starchy vegetables in an uninspiring and heavy Panko breading. The fried rice was devoid of any vegetables or taste. Had to request some wasabi and ginger on the side in order to resuscitate the meal. Total mediocrity.
Great. My husband and I gave this place a try and loved it. We have been there on several different occasions and have enjoyed the food and staff on each visit. Food is wonderful with many options. Staff is quiet yet friendly and accommodating.
Worst treatment I ever received was at this restaurant. My wife and I used go fairly often, but were treated so rudely by first the server, then shockingly the person who claimed to be the manager was worse. Avoid this place for certain.
Has that dirty hibachi look. Drive to Savannah and have Miyabi’s instead.
Best food. This is my favorite Japanese restaurant. It doesn’t cost a fortune, but it still taste great every time.
