Pretty good. I haven’t been here for a while so me and a friend dropped by on Friday. The Pizza was okay and the pasta was pretty good; however not as good as our previous visits – service was also so so. I will go back again – perhaps it was just an off day.
Thats italian is one of the single best south coastal authentic italian food restaurant that I have been to in a very long time I suggest everyone to try their food. You wont regret it.
That’s PIZZA ??. We have been to this restaurant many times in the past and have loved it. LATELY though things have really changed. About 1 month ago we went in as a family and as soon as the food arrived we knew things have changed for the worse. But today I ordered 3 MEDIUM pizzas to be picked up and when I got there I was shocked! For $37.00 I was handed 3 small, light boxes that felt empty. When I put them into my car I decided to check to see if there was anything in there at all! AH! there they were, but very small, and flat and looked painted into the box. I went back in and complained and was told yeah, well it’s fresh mozzarella! Anyway, the family was starving so I took them home. BIG MISTAKE! Everyone at home was as surprised as I was. They tasted as bad as they looked. I called the manager who said he was training a new pizza cook. REALLY??13 Jul, 2014That’s PIZZA ??. Richmond Hill. We have gone here many times since it opened because the food is generally good if you can get it. That last time around we ordered sandwiches. There was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time. After a half- hour wait we inquired. The server went to check and said the order was never received by the kitchen due to a computer glitch. This was not the first time. The servers are generally good but are in fear of the owners for their jobs. So they aren’t going to make any waves. The owners seem to have little interest if clients are satisfied with their dining experience. Simply put they just don’t get it. In the beginning there was a guy named Joe who worked in the kitchen. He was on top of things and would come out to ensure you were satisfied. He understood customer service. He left to open his own place. Joe’s Pizza in Pooler. Overall there seems to be lots of confusion and disorganization. The owner when he is there has one way of doing things, his wife, when she is there has her way and when there son is left in charge he had his way. Total chaos for employees and patrons. Simply put they good people who need help but it is not likely to happen.
Pizza wasn’t bad,but it was far from the best I’ve had. They server was very stingy with the tea refills and when we asked for to go cups she gave us half a cup and we had to pour the rest of what we were drinking in the to go cup.She seldom checked to see if we needed anything. The service will break this restaurant.
Excellent service, quality food, pleasant atmosphere. Wait staff went above and beyond.
Just ordered a calzone from here and was wonderful! Delivery took about 40 minutes, but the food was still got and tasty. Only complaint is the pizza sauce on the side is essentially water with some tomato coloring.
