This was no doubt the best sushi I have ever eaten. The presentation of each dish was like a piece of artwork and the flavors matched the presentation style. The Blue Fin Tuna nigiri was incredible, I have never had a more flavorful piece of fish! The Windmill roll was something I could have never thought of for a sushi roll and was more than pleasantly thrilled by the textures. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EATING HERE. I am confident anything that makes the cut for this menu WILL NOT DISAPPOINT.
The food, the decor and the service is exception at this new restaurant. Every dish is special. There is nothing ordinary about this restaurant. What a great addition to the Atlanta dining scene. You have to try the Tuna Crisp appetizer, but then again, you have to try everything. They also have a very extensive sake list. I tried their Eight House Sake which was a very well balanced sweet/dry profile and was a perfect pairing with the 3 different kinds of Toro they offer. Seriously, three grades of fatty tuna. Most places you are lucky if they have any Toro available on the menu.
