Been coming here for years now and this place has been heading down hill last trip was the worst. The Kobe beef was terrible, overdone and just not good. The fries were soggy and the famous Krispy kreme shake was average and no longer fresh and over sweet. To be fair the only thing really good was the $50 Japanese Kobe. By comparison the USA Kobe was junk! Sorry not coming here again.
I can’t recommend Flip. Everything I ordered was a disaster. The poutine appetizer did not resemble anything close to a traditional poutine…it was nothing more than french fries covered with cheese and lacking anything resembling a signature brown, poutine gravy. Fried chicken burger was not as good as something I could get at Chick Fil A, and the classic burger was probably not as good as a whopper. Perhaps the problem was the fact that I ordered the mini burger trio?… but my friend wasn’t at all impressed with his regular sized classic burger, either. The buns were a miss as well. On the positive side, I will say that the shakes were tasty and the service was excellent.

Excellent presentation and style in this hip and happening burger joint. Fresh, unique burgers. Fun and potent drinks and a good beer selection. The atmosphere is fun, with upbeat music playing loudly and TVs set up with trippy stuff going on. We sat in one of the plush, corner booths. Plenty of room for 4-5 people and it makes your experience intimate yet not out of the way. I really recommend this restaurant for a dinner or lunch with fun friends to begin your evening on a good note!

Pat. Had the fried b&b pickles, trio burger sample and the trio fried sampler(onion rings-sweet potato tots-fries). OMG first time here and it was all soo good. Wait staff very friendly and helpful
Must visit! A great burger, and really good fries. Ask for coca cola ketchup, it’s great14 Dec, 2014A great place to stop by, and have a burger. A great atmosphere, and great food.
