Seem familiar?. This tasted exactly like McDonald’s. The bun was toasted the same, the patty looked and tasted the same. Even the special sauce was similar. The fries are good (though I wish they wouldn’t drench the garlic ranch fries so much. It was like eating the sauce with a spoon. I couldn’t taste the fries at all), but this was WAY too expensive for what we got.I hear that the reason it’s reviewed so highly, though, is because of the shakes. So maybe I should just stick to those next time. (Didn’t get to try them this time.)
TOO SLOW. Just left Googie Burger, the wait was 33 minutes for a veggie burger and fries. When I finally got to the window and tasted my fries they were cold they gave me another bag. When I got back to work across the street my burger was also cold. This place used to be good but not any more don’t waste your time. Go to the other places in the park to eat subway or Baja Fresh. Will not be back!!!
First and last tome here. It was TERRIBLE. Took over 20 minutes on a not-at-all busy day to get what amounted to an over-priced Big Mac. Fries were over done and caked in salt. They the. Had the nerve to charge a $.50 refill fee after filling the cup totally up with coke. I hope the Five Guys opening in CNN Center puts this terrible place out of business.
A little hard to find, but worth the hunt. Good burgers and fries. Great ice cream as well. I just wish they had the short rib burger that was talked about in Where magazine this month. They were slow taking orders but food made up for it, yum
Warning, closed in bad weather. Walked great distance to get there and they were closed because it was raining.
We showed up at 1:30pm on a Friday. The place was a ghost town with a sign saying the hours of operation are from 11am-8pm. Seems like they should have been open. Very disappointed
Absolutely amazing. The burgers were out of this world. Great atmosphere, perfect sitting area. Great place for kids too.
