Ehh.. not bad. I order from this location occasionally. I would probably order from them more often if I they could get my drink order right. 0/3. And good luck if your entire office is ordering! They never get it right. The food is ok, but when you call back after waiting 45 minutes for the rest of your order… all they ever say is that it is on it’s way. No I’m sorry or any type of compensation. Work on your customer service people!
Customer Service =O. We went into Jimmy John’s, loved their sandwiches, brought mom in to try it. My brother and I think it’s the most interesting tasting sandwich-good thing. In the beginning the customer service was good. Than my mom wanted some vinegar/oil and I got up and asked for some, she gave me one squirt, :O i just brushed it off, and said whatever. Then my mom lost her appetite and she went to go say something to them. Told them that their customer service was not good, one of the employees told her that she sucks! what the hell??!! I got pissed, no one, i mean no one has the right to talk to my mom like that! And besides in the end, she is still a customer. Anthony-the manager, claims he didn’t hear it, and he was being rude to her too. I am a review bug, I know so many business men/woman, and I go into their franchises and become secret customers and see how good their service is. This time around- I wasn’t a secret shopper, I was just bringing my mom to eat. I was very disappointed, so I am probably never going to back to that particular jimmy john’s (14th street) again. Thought you guys should know my story. Also–when I went back in there to ask for his name he became defensive, if he didn’t do anything wrong, why was he so defensive…think about it….Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed my story! The customer service sucked!!

I did think they overdid the sauce as my sub was rather soggy and by the end nearly uneatable. The staff was attentive and curtious, so I am unsure about the other review. I also ordered from them a couple nights ago and they were extremely fast with their delivery (and they will deliver just 1 sub too which was nice). This most recent sub was perfect. Give it a shot over subway and quiznos and the usual franchises.
Good Cheap Sandwiches…HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. You can always depend on quick, cheap, and decent sandwiches from this place. However, you should not expect good customer service at this place! At least not during daytime hours! They keep the same rude, unprofessional, and ghetto broad at the register taking orders. I can not be the only person to encounter this, and I’m really suprised management has not taken any action. Other than this, there’s no other complaints. The restaurant is always clean and the service is very quick. If you’re having a bad day, don’t go in there…they’ll just piss you off more.
