Good, but they close too early. This place has good food for the price, but they have a really bad habit of closing and locking their doors before 3:00, while they still have customers inside eating and plenty of food still out on the a la carte line. This is VERY annoying for those of us who have a 2:30 lunch break. Why would you close your doors to customers when you still have food out on the line in plain sight and customers still inside your restaurant? If you have to shut it down early, at least wait until 10 minutes before closing time. Shutting down 30 minutes early is just plain silly and is bad for business.

Paris Bistro CONSISTENTLY serves horrible food.Due to this I started to only purchase yogurt or snacks in there, but one day against my better judgment purchased a meal. The worst Bourban chicken I’ve ever tasted and the rice was parboiled/burned. The prices are outrageous for the level of food they serve. The staff are friendly most of the times but that does not make up for the horrible food. For a place as nice and upscale as Atlantic Station; Paris Bistro does NOT belong! It’s sad because many of us busy professionals go here as a last resort because its one of the few quick serve type restaurants near our offices.

Everything is too sweet – meats, vegetables – the people aren’t that friendly at times. And how do make cornbread without using all the ingredients, it looks plastic. This cafe sucks!!!
