The service was slow to begin with. Then when our server showed up, she was on cue the rest of the meal. Food took a while to get there but not bad. A friend had to get their check as soon as the food arrived so she could get back to class. When I asked for a refill at the end of my meal, the server brought one to go. That definitely made me happy. Would go back to try other dishes.

STAFF ACTS LIKE A PACK OF WILD ANIMALS!. If you want to be treated like a human being please skip this place. The service is atrocious! The staff is laughable. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for any type of customer service is seriously perplexing. The ambiance is similar to hellish bat cave. The food is mediocre. There are seriously several other restaurants in the area to choose from I don’t know why anyone would actually choose to come to this place. Please do yourself a favor and skip it.
All I can say is they are not busy, we ordered an hour ago, and haven’t gotten any food. One of us hasn’t even gotten their drink. Can’t actually comment on the food yet.
The hostesses are very rude. They did not speak to me when I entered but stared at me and looked at me like I was stupid when I spoke to them.
Taco Mac at CNN Center. We arrived at Taco Mac at 7:00 PM, we were greeted ny a rude hostess. Every table we could visibly see was dirty. We counted 7 dirty tables from where we stood, upon going to the bathroom we found 5 more dirty tables. We were told it would be 30 to 40 minutes to be seated. Which was true, however when questioning about the dirty tables, the staff became extremely rude. it was obvious the employees have severe training issues and customer service issues. it wasn’t a priority to clean the tables and seat all the guest waiting. I frequent the Taco Mac in Woodstock Ga. and they have got it going on at that location. I understand now why some are only allowed to earn minimum wage.
They say they have 130 beers here. I went through six watered down pours before settling for a watered down pour. They say they have nine white wines. They were out of four. The one that they had tasted like correction fluid.. They claim their wings are all that. They were so dry the chickens must have died of thirst. They say the buffalo burger is to die for. Do yourself a favor: die. Seriously, unless you are starving, and by that I literally mean you have not eaten in a week, this is a no-go. The server was nice, though. She can’t help it if the place is crap.
