My wife and I were frisked prior to entry. Our server greeted us by explaining their no-return policy on drinks. We ended up bypassing dinner here in favor of Marlows Tavern across the street, which was fabulous.

The waiters are horrible. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before asking another server who our waiter was. That server blew us off and said he had to get to his table outside, but we can talk to the manager with an attitude. What? I just want to order some wings and additional drinks. The server that helped us was Ok. The music is loud, so you will talk loudly. That’s fine and normal for some bars. Overall go here and be patient. Their Happy hour is the only reason I put up with their unacceptable service.Biggest flaw being something that csn be fixed, the Waitstaff need to be properly trained if this place ever wants to expand market and profit potential.

Very Unimpressive. We entered the restaurant and seated ourselves. Seating in the restaurant is set up for seating of two or three people. We had to put together two small round tables for our party of five. The restaurant was nearly empty, with at least three servers just standing around. The server came to the table and said he would be right with us. We had to flag him down fifteen minutes later to let him know we were ready to place our drink and appetizer order. We also had to request napkins and place settings. The waiter brought out the appetizers to our table and walked away. We had to flag him down again to bring us plates for the appetizers. The restaurant specializes in various flavors of Daiquiris. This was very obvious, since most patrons were nursing Daiquiris, and not eating. Everyone at our table ordered fried seafood. Quality and taste was typical of the fried seafood available at fast food restaurants. For me, a major problem, besides the lack of well trained server staff, was the lack of glasses. All cups are plastic. So I could not drink my imported beer from a chilled glass. This was totally unacceptable. If you want a typical Atlanta restaurant experience, this is not the place. On a scale on 1 to 5 with 5 being the best, I rate this restaurant a 1, based on poor customer service.

Hmmm…. From what I remember, the crab legs were amazing & the shrimp & fries were pretty darn good as well. Have to go back and try it before drinks…lol.
