  Fabulous atmosphere and original offerings. I had an Iron Maiden herbal drink – decaffeinated! It is usually impossible to find anything other than basic boring herbal tea! My daughter was able to get an original caffeinated mix. They had gluten free options, paleo options.. really a great place to meet many needs. My son had a croissant and my daughter a smoothie. Love this one stop shop and its really friendly barista’s.

  NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I decided to check this spot out when a friend told me how cozy it was to get a cup of coffee and get some work done. I attempt to order a beverage at the counter, using a $20 bill to pay for my purchase. The male barista advised me he did not have enough $1 bills to complete my change.As a kind gesture, I told him I had some singles I could give him. So he gave me a $5 and I went to my table and got five $1 bills for him. Uponreturning to the counter I provided him with the equivalent amount of singles for the $5. He then proceeds to give me $5 less than the amount due to me for my change. Understanding that he had confused himself, I attempted to explain to him that me giving him change had NOTHING to do with my actual transaction. He alleged that Iwas trying to trick him, but ultimately gave me my change.I then go back to my table to wait for my drink and after more than 30 minutes, received nothing.So I go back up to the counter where he stated that his manager would have to review the cameras (I assume to make sure I didn’t try to trick him) and that he could not give me the drink that I PAID for. I inquired how I was going to be compensatedand he said, once investigated, I would have a credit for my next visit. I am a professional woman with have NEVER in my life been treated as a criminal for a $5 drink.The associate clearly could not count and should not be working ANYWHERE involving monetary transactions. Notonly did he alleged I was all but a criminal, he didn’t even come over to me to tell, me, I had to get up to ask about my paid drink. I had to email the manager who apparently gave him such instructions and still trying to figure out when & how I will be reimbursed. I will NEVER return to this business EVER again.

  Very Relaxing. Great Coffee. Affordable.. This coffee is wonderful! It tastes very similar to Starbucks coffee but for HALF the price! Comfortable couches you can sit on and chat with friends, they do poetry nights as well as comedy nights (open mic and booking shows) Great place to go. 5/5

  Terribly slow service. Drinks were way too sweet. Go to Octane down the street – it has to be better than Urban Grind
