First time at Adele’s food was delicious, nice atmospherebut the music was so loud you could not speak to the person across the table.Very annoying to say the least. It actually turned us off and will not be returning on the weekend. Next meal is to go or sit outside.
Food was great, authentic Cajun food, enjoyed the turtle soup, alligator po boy. Service was excellent and very attentive, atmosphere excellent. Beignets were great too. Price about right. Would definitely eat here again.
A little hidden gem! Came for breakfast on a quiet Sunday morning and left completely in love with this restaurant! So happy to see chicory coffee! START WITH BEIGNETS! You will not regret this. I also had the biscuits and crawfish gravy. I felt like I’d died and gone to Cajun heaven. I cannot wait to come for lunch/dinner!
Not impressed. Portions are way too small. touffe, creole and red beans were all watery, like soup. No seafood at all in the touffe and creole. I’m from Louisiana, and Adele’s didn’t impress me at all. Won’t be going back.
Everything was fantastic – get the bread pudding!!!. Went with a large group for lunch, the service was excellent, the gumbo and shrimp po boys were very hot and fresh and super tasty, especially with the hot sauce! We were treated to beingets for the birthday celebration and we also got a bread pudding. I have dreamt about that bread pudding several nights since we were there. It was phenomenal! We were there for 2 hours, the place was busy but we didn’t notice it in the food delivery or service. I highly recommend this place over any Copelands or other cajun option in the area.
Great Food. Great food last week was my first time going and I’ve been back several times since. It’s about time some real good in Georgia .
First time at Adele’s. After much anticipation we finally had dinner at Adele’s on a Friday night. We had a party of 5 and ordered the BBQ shrimp appetizer (New Orleans style does not have bbq sauce, just lots of butter, Worchester and spices). The shrimp was excellent and rivaled the original at Pascale Manale’s in New Orleans. They gave us plenty of bread to soak up the sauce. We also ate the roasted oysters (cooked over a Green Egg) which gave it a unique taste and were delicious. Our table sampled the crawfish etouffee (excellent and very spicy), shrimp jambalaya (very good, but not my favorite style) and the gumbo (full of shrimp and sausage in a dark roux). I found all of these dishes to be very authentic and did not disappoint. If you can’t handle spicy food then I suggest you eat some Tums before you go!We enjoyed chatting with the owners, Marc and Adele, and we have declared this our new favorite Cajun restaurant. A person in our party was born and raised in New Orleans and he gave Adele’s his blessing!!
