Amazing seafood! Check this place out!. I’ve eaten here with my family three times. Each time the owner has come by to greet us, check on the food, and the wait staff is super attentive! We’ve had the salmon and tilapia catches of the day, shrimp basket, oyster basket, and the shrimp and grits. Everything was so good! We haven’t had seafood this fresh in Roswell in forever! Please check this restaurant out soon!

Impressed. My wife and I had lunch at Anchors today, and we were both impressed. I had the glazed salmon, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. She had fish and chips. We had the key lime cheesecake for dessert (easily big enough for two). Everything was prepared nicely, and served hot by a particularly congenial waitress. Presentation was attractive, although that is low on my priority list. The price for the salmon was $16 and the fish and chips was about $12. I consider the prices to be very reasonable for fresh seafood. I’ve paid as much for frozen seafood at other metro restaurants. I would recommend Anchors, and we will definitely return.

Great first experience. My wife and I went here for dinner. it’s a new restaurant that we’ve been wanting to try. Right off the bat, service was good. As soon as we were seated they brought us water so we at least had something to drink right away and then asked if we would like something else to drink. The bread that they brought was hot and delicious and they gave us plenty of butter. I hate when restaurants give you large pieces of bread but only enough butter to cover a crumb. Anchor’s did it right. Paula Dean would be proud. I ordered the grilled scallops basket with baby carrots. I asked the waitress a stupid question about how my entree was prepared just to see how she would answer. She gave me a detailed description of how my dish was prepared. It was like she made it herself several times. My wife ordered the shrimp poboy with home made chips. Both of our entrees were delicious and cooked perfectly. I had some of the home made chips and they were some of the best I’ve had. Not soggy at all and not over crispy and hard to the point they could be considered a weapon. They had the perfect texture. Portions and value were also satisfactory. The owner also stopped by our table a few times to make sure that both food and service was good. All in all, everything was great. I’m not a seafood lover at all but we will be regulars at Anchor’s. I definitely recommend checking it out.
