Ummm. I came here with a group of 8 for a birthday outing. The place was decent a but pricey but we didn’t complain. The issue was the customer service for the prices and name attached you would think the employees would be top notch when pertaining to their customers. Some were , those who worked the zip line , race cars, and rock wall were very nice and went the extra mile. Those working the front where purchases are made NoT SO MUCH ! One in particular was the manager, unfortunately I do not recall her name , she was late to mid twenties white lanky with blonde hair shorter but long enough for a pony tail and skinny. Our group spent a total of 600 that night , the young lady who was our cashier had a very unwelcoming attitude , win each of us, for the amount of money we were spending this was shocking. We complained to the manager discredited above, and she looked as if she were thinking. *really , do you think I have time for this*. She didn’t even apologize for the attitude of her subordinate ! So I proceed to address it with another manager. His name I don’t recall either , but he was a darker haired white guy. , heavy set. He was nicer more apologetic , but unfortunately still displayed the attitude that he did not want to be bothered with me. The ironic part is I ignored the reviews of others who had similar experiences here, it wish I had not. When speaking with two employees at the rock wall , and thanking them for there service they asked who I had a bad experience with, and when I described the young female manager they knew exactly who I was speaking of, I people like her get these positions and clearly forget who helps make her job easier (employees) and who keeps her paid (customers) . If you look across the web you will come across Andretti sending a generic apology in response to bad reviews especially those regarding customer service . Believe me when I say they ARE not working to improve it. We did not eat there , after the bad start we had we had no desire to be there any longer Han we had been. Also I did not experience the issue with the games not given points like it should, or take credits but someone from my party did, and another lady had the same issue while we were there also.
