I have been going to brickhouse for years. I love the food, the staff and management leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. I am assuming the manager is who the woman is as we had a problem and she came out to the table she was very rude and abrasive. We have 4 kids and the place is not kid friendly at all. It is a pizza joint come on, who loves pizza more then kids. There is a few employees we love I will not go in the restaurant unless they are there. One is a delivery driver everyone calls Mr. Tom he always goes out of his way to make the kids fell at home. They have 2 fairly new servers we all adore. I go in every tuesday for the all you can my server is the sweetest I have ever had contact with in the restaurant. All in all the food is the best in Roswell hands down but aside from a few people the service sucks. I hate to say that but my advice to the owner keep the few that work and get rid of the rest and become more kid friendly and your business will improve.

Their food is really good but they have awful delivery and terrible customer service. The kids that work there don’t seem to care very much about their job or your experience for that matter.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE eating here. My husband and I are regulars. They have a small staff and everyone knows us by name and the owners almost always make time to come to our table and have a conversation. It’s so refreshing to have a REAL family-run restaurant in Roswell that has excellent food.
The pizzA was excellent. delivered fast. the greek salad was my favorite. will definitely be ordering again.
It’s OK. I wouldn’t go out of my way to avoid it or go there. The food was ok, service was ok. Our waitress wasn’t very good, but the other one was super nice. Out of the Roswell neighborhood pizza joints it ranks a solid average.
Great!!. My family and I have dined here several times, and the food is always consistently wonderful. We’ve had the calamari, pizza, salads, eggplant parm, wings, calzone, and tiramisu. The inside ambiance is so nice (almost surprisingly since you don’t really expect it when first walking in), and it’s very spacious. Great service, too! Not your typical boring pizza place at all. It’s one of the few restaurants that each member of our family actually agrees to going when dining out, and that says a lot!!
