Great food! My husband and I had the salmon dip, yellowtail sandwich and fish tacos. The salmon dip tasted more like Nova salmon. It was good, but the yellow tail sandwich was ridiculously awesome! Fish tacos were good too. Definitely there will be a return experience!
We’ve been coming here for years. Plenty of spots in Crabapple have Come and gone, but this one remains! BBQ chicken nacho appetizer is great and feeds two! Calamari is also good and is a nice portion. Crowd is usually older locals, but it’s always a good time. Very fair pricing on food and drink, and baby/kids are never in the bar area which is nice!
Love the new patio! Had a great time tonight with @pjhatl and friends. Look forward to the springtime outdoors.
Nice Little Restaurant. I like the decor of this place, but it is a little too dimly lit for my tastes. It’s not a fancy romantic restaurant so I don’t know why the lights need to be so low, especially for lunch. The service was very friendly and quick. This place kind of reminded me of Cheers because it seemed like everyone knew eachother; kind of nice.We started off with some wings which were really good; better than most I’ve had. I then ordered the Alpine Chicken sandwich which is a grilled chicken breast topped with sauteed mushrooms, swiss cheese, lettuce, red onion, tomato and mustard and I went with the home fries for my side since it was still brunch time. It was pretty good, the chicken breast was nice and juicy and they didn’t skimp on the mushrooms or cheese. The home fries could have been cooked a little longer (I like mine really crispy) but that was my fault for not specifying. My friends all got the burger with fries and all said it was good. The burger was definitely bigger than most. Unfortunately I didn’t have a taste of anyone’s burger, so I can’t really comment on that. The place was pretty good overall, I’ll definitely go back whenever I’m in the area. The food was good for the price and the service wasn’t bad at all. They have some alright beer on tap as well.
Service was great, Food was better. I was very pleased with the service, atmosphere and food offered here. The staff was helpful and friendly, everyone from management to wait staff seemed to be helping each other which is always a good sign. The food however was ABSOLUTELY amazing. We ordered the specials for the night including the appetizer and ended up practically licking the plate. prices were reasonable and the fresh key lime pie was as close to the Florida Keys as could be. I will be returning soon to try a new special as soon as possible,
Excellent Service, Great Food. My wife and I ate at the Crabapple Tavern last week. We sat in the bar area. We have been there before but service was not very good. This time the service was excellent. They have a few new servers there now. Our Servers name was Cristin. She was great, and not to mention, easy on the eyes. They have the best wings in town for sure. My wife ordered the Tilapia, which she highly recommends. We will definately go back and ask for Cristin.
