Muy Authentico!. I stopped in this rather hidden Mexican restaurant today located in a strip mall in Roswell. At first it seemed a little sketchy but the friendly staff welcomed me in. The tacos are amazing. Made to order, they come out piping hot served on a fresh corn tortilla, that is light and fluffy. These arent your average tacos! They have a flavor that is stepped with culture and know how that is not all to familiar in Roswell. I, being a tace freak, give El Tejar tow thumbs up. It is a no frills kind of place that caters to hungury guys who like simple restaurants and great food.
