Best Customer Service EVER!. I had the greatest experience with GFC! I work at a church, and for Christmas we were giving out Christmas Tree Cakes to the kids for a treat. I of course needed some gluten free cookies for the children with allergies and Gluten Free Cutie helped me out! They made sugar cookies in the shape of a Christmas tree and they were perfect and delicious. The BEST part of my experience was that through the hustle and bustle of the season, I forgot to pick up my order at the scheduled time. Gluten Free Cutie called me to let me know they still had my order and were waiting, but they were closed! They stayed open over an hour waiting for me to get there to pick them up. They went completely over and beyond to help me out! Truly fantastic customer service and has earned my GF pastry purchasing forever.

Awesome! :-). We went in today and tried quite a few items – all very, very good! We went with 4 different cupcakes, 1 cinnamon roll (amazing!) and a bunch of treats to bring home and try…. It’s definitely worth your time!
These Cupcakes were Alright!. The staff and customers were so very friendly and inviting! The atmosphere is wonderful and adorably decorated! It is so nice knowing that I can have a Gluten-free cupcake, but the Devil’s Chocolate was not my favorite. Maybe I will have to try a different flavor next time. I will definitely come back, but I will try a different cupcake! The strawberry looked fabulous! I want to try their biscuits as well! cupcakesandsunshine.com
Peanut free NOT Tree Nut Free. My only complaint is that Gluten Free Cutie caters to the many people who have food allergies, but they choose to use a flour (Bob’s Gluten Free) that may contain Tree Nuts. This makes no sense to me at all. I also feel like it could be misleading to all of the people who combine peanuts and tree nuts into one allergy. I can see how someone could easily think that these treats may be safe for someone with a Tree Nut Allergy. The fact that they are obviously an allergy friendly bakery would make it hard for anyone to believe that they would choose to use a flour that may contain Tree Nuts. Tree Nuts is one of the most prevalent food allergens. I understand and think it’s great that they have created a place where their daughter can eat cupcakes and whoopie pies safely, but I find it very hard to understand, knowing they understand food allergies, why they would choose a flour with a chance of NUTS in it. That’s a little bit Nutty to me:)!!

Allergy Free Deliciousness. THANK YOU! Finally a baker that I can walk into and have ANYTHING I want that I see and smell laid out in front of me AND it’s So Delicious and feels like I’m cheating on my health restrictions. Other places simply don’t taste like you’re eating real baked goods, they’re grainy or cornmealy, but GF Cutie is so good that my husband even fights me for the last one!! I only wish you were closer to Cabbagetown, however, that could be really dangerous…
