The owner is beyond rude!!!!!!!. I ordered pudding that cost $20. I was told by an employee I could freeze it. The owner told me the pudding could not be frozen. I told her the only reason I ordered it before going on vacation was because I was told it could be frozen. I only wanted an individual order of pudding to begin with and was told it was only sold in packs of 4 for $20. The owner told me I was never told it could be frozen. Essentially she called me a liar. She was not there for the conversation. The owner’s only other response was to pick it up before they closed. I will not shop here again based on the lousy customer service. This is not the only customer review about the horrible customer service and the rude owner. Go to Sally’s gluten free bakery.
Disappointing Customer Service. Bought six cupcakes for $25.00 for Easter for my gluten free sister and mother in law. On the way home box turned to the side, the cupcake holders didn’t hold the cupcakes, the frosting and Easter decorations were ruined. I called back immediately to ask if they could help redo the frosting and I was told no. I asked if there was anything that could be done and I was told that I could come back and pay another $25.00 for six more, that is all that they could offer. I won’t be back.
