Authentic and Healthy Japanese Food. I learned about Kotobuki when I went to Japan Fest and I’m glad I did. Their menu may be a bit limited compared to other Japanese restaurants but the food is authentic, tasty and inexpensive. You have to try their lunch boxes.
Decent sushi, but …. … This is really a catering place that has a few tables, rather than a restaurant that does catering. Although the sushi was decent (the rolls were nicely wrapped), the menu is very limited (oriented toward boxed lunches), and there did not seem to be anyone designated as a server when I was there, so no refills on beverages or checking to see if I needed anything. The gentleman who assisted me was pleasant and professional. I don’t have any problems with the place per se, and I would have been pleased had I received this meal as a catered box, but for a sushi lunch experience, you can do better at places that are full service restaurants.
