Great Food!. Lived in Miami for many years, and pined for Cuban food. What a delicious surprise, and so reasonably priced. The chicken empanadas were very tasty as was the roast pork. The serving was more than generous and fork tender. The Spanish wine, I believe it was Mercedes, was reasonable and rich. The best part was the Cuban coffee! We had double espressos and thought wed died and ended up back in Miami. We had been to Lazaros for lunch, many restaurants say they have Cuban or Midnight sandwiches, but the bread is never right the mustard and pickle combination fails, but Lazaros knows what a Cuban sandwich is supposed to be. I would take anyone there proudly! Don’t get dining value for your bucks often in Atlanta, but this place ROCKS!

Excellent on 2 occasions. We’ve been to Lazaro’s twice. The owner and/or his wife stopped by the table on both visits. Our waiter John was very knowledgable about the menu and friendly as well. Very authentic Cuban and everything is fresh and homemade. Empanadas were great. The midnight Cuban sandwich is awesome. Plenty of moist pork in the perfect roll for it. We were told that the rolls are flown in. The salad had a tasty light dressing. This isnt a formal stuffy place. If you like to relax, learn about and taste something a bit different then go here.

Excellent addition to Roswell. Great cozy ambiance…..the empanadas and the steak were fantastic! The steak was very tender and flavorful and the accompanying sauces were the perfect touch. Happy to see the place is finally open – great outdoor seating in nice weather. We will be back – soon!

Ravenous in Roswell. Fabulous meal. Excellent service. Flaky crusted chicken empanadas with a kicking Cuban sauce. Moist roasted pork that melts in your mouth. Cuban sandwich with crusty bread, meaty ham and moist pork— incredible. Enjoyed our meal. Will be back soon. Another great addition to the Roswell foodie scene. Worth a visit.

I have been three times now and every single thing has been delicious. Staff smaff, it’s hard to get a new one going in Roswell but it’s already improved and has turned over. Nothing the servers are doing takes away from how perfect every morsel I have had has been. The owners, Laz and his mom both, are excellent chefs who happen to be family related. Every bite is hand made, the soups are killer, the roast pork is so succulent you drool, the plantains, the rives, it’s do authentic it screams it’s fresh loved quality. My god, the man has his bread flown in fresh from Miami every two days. So yeah, time to time they run out, tuff, go back anyway. The place is worth going to see for the art if you have any soul at all, the music is great and at a perfect level, even the small fresh florals on the tables are worth noting. So screw that other review. They know diddly, trust me 😉

Horrible! We were excited to try this place. The way we were greeted by the hostess (who may have been 15) would be a great saturday night live skit! We were greeted by our server sean who was really great and helpful with explaing the menu (which was limited to say the least) and was knowledgable till our departure. The atmosphere was really well done, but it ends at that point. Our dinner was dry and without the flavor we had hoped for. Music was playing however we could not hear it over the teenage kitchen staff in the open kitchen. The concept is good and we understand from our server that the owners parents have been in the restaurant business for quite some time. They should probably make a visit to roswell and help their family here save what could be a good addition to roswell and north fulton..
