I have visited many Marlow’s in the area, and this location is up to par. I was greeted and seated as soon as I entered. The waitress was very friendly and prompt. This location allowed me to order the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, even though it’s not on the menu. I also ordered a side salad instead of fries. The Wrap was fresh and warm. The Wrap was stuffed with chicken, which was awesome. The salad was also very fresh and tasty. Overall great experience, will return.
Extremely dissatisfied. I am very familiar with Marlows and was so happy to see one open near my home. They JUST opened, so we fully anticipated a few bumps with dinner tonight. Sadly – the experience was much more than that. Waited about 15 mins after being seated to get service. Ordered a salad for dinner… Came out without dressing. Fries were soggy. Customers at tables all around us were either getting up and leaving or were getting incomplete meals. Many parties of 4 and above – food was coming out 20 – 30 minutes after other guests at the same table received theirs. Unfortunately because we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food to come, we had plenty of time to watch a complete fiasco. It appeared that plenty of staff was available…. But no management or order/system with what was going on. Sad
