OK, but need to step it up.. Two visits: First one was fine. Sat at the bar and watched football after working out at LA Fitness. Had a great salad with grilled chicken and my son had flat bread. Service and banter at the bar was great. The chicken on the salad was a bit over done. The flat bread was great.Second visit was a big disappointment. Clam chowder with no flavor at all. Sent back (and I never send food back) and got a veggie soup with slightly more flavor, but really not very good. The waitress was pretty ambivalent about it all, though I would think she’d at least apologize. No visit from manager, not offer to comp…not that I expected the latter, but I would think there would be more concern when food is sent back. I was really nice and even apologized for sending it back, so maybe I didn’t seem angry enough for a response. Regardless, a fail on their part.Will try again, as it’s close, but that will be the last time at bat.
