Me and my boyfriend got the dining out ATL and this was the first place we stopped. We sat at a high top by the bar and the bar tender Ally helped us. From choosing food to trying new bourbons she was PHENOMENAL!!! I got the porkchops (it’s in the name…I had to) and Nate got the duck. Both were delicious and the atmosphere was down home but classy. We both loved it and will definitely be back.

Call it karma or a divine appointment, but sometimes things just come together so nicely. Take for instance an Atlanta girl and a Pittsburgh guy who end up together and the result is a restaurant called Peach & The Porkchop. When we arrived, I could tell from the number of cars in the parking lot that this was going to be good. I dropped Melanie off and parked the car and when I arrived I was shown to our table. We LOVED the dcor of this restaurant. Its stacked stone, rustic wood features and the look of hardwood floors are so warm, comfortable and casual, we felt at home right away.In each review, youll notice I always mention our server but rarely mention them by name. In this review though, I cannot say enough about Tiffany who waited on us. She welcomed us like family and cut up with us like friends. I mentioned to Melanie as we were leaving that we often say that perhaps a sauce or a side dish was the show stealer but in this case it was our server. She took such wonderful care of us her attitude and demeanor turned our meal into an experience to be treasured.Another thing that won our hearts was when we saw on the menu feel free to create your own. Melanie and I have always felt that when you open a restaurant its akin to welcoming guests into your home. Far too often, we see chefs who dictate pairings and refuse to honor a guests wishes. While I understand that a chefs desire in to deliver his experience into the meal, we feel one must always respect the wishes of a guest even when we think they are ruining the meal. Theyre the ones eating it! Theyre the ones that are pay ing for it! Its ultimately their decision. (Dismount from soapbox). We got started with a Charcuterie & Cheese Board. If you dont normally try these, you should really get this whenever it is offered. Each meat, spread and cheese are paired to be combined and enjoyed to develop a unique arrays of flavors. This Charcuterie & Cheese Board reminded me of The Brick Store Pub review we did not long ago, and was absolutely top-notch! What a great way to begin the meal! The menu selection is vast and we spent a long time trying to decide on what we wanted. I had heard that much of the meat is flown in from Parma Sausage Company in Pittsburgh so I chose the Grilled Kielbasa that is served in a hoagie roll and covered with sauerkraut and cheddar cheese. I could not believe the size of this meal! Theres NO WAY POSSIBLE you can eat this like a hot dog! Even without eating the bread, I couldnt finish it and its rare when I dont finish a meal. It was a fantastic lunch though the next day!Melanie went with the Grilled Salmon that is served with seasonal vegetables that are sauted and pickled cherry tomatoes covered with a lime and cilantro drizzle. Her salmon was done perfectly and the vegetables were just wonderful.Yes, we were already packed to the gills but we both felt that dessert was destiny so we chose the Warm Peach Brownie with Jack Daniels honey flavored ice cream. OMG we ate every bit. You will KILL for this! Talk about the perfect end to a meal. Simply fantastic.Comfortably unpretentious and simply delightful, Peach & The Porkchop serves up an amazingly affordable meal that is over-the-top. The food is great and our service was awesome and this makes it one of our MUST VISIT places in North Fulton. Guten appetit! atlanta-food-critic.com

I was in the food service industry for over 10 years and this was the worst service I’ve ever received. We were seated by a manager and told the bartenders would be over to serve us. Another server came to get our drinks started and after waiting on the bartenders to get our dinner order, eventually a second server came over to help us. Both bartenders had been drinking from their Starbucks cups and taking selfies–neither ever made it over to our table. I had well-reviewed wings and fresh cut fries. I give my 2.0 rating to the french fries. Those were great. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about any other aspect of dinner.

Joyce Filestein. The food was good but there was a asst manager by the name of Jack on duty that was very rude and if you ask me too young to be in that position on a restaurant that has such potential.

New favorite gluten free find!. We finally got to try this restaurant that we have heard so many rave reviews about. The food was great & the service was impeccable from our server, Jonathon. Our dinner turned out to be a little pricey overall but that was because adult beverages were involved. My suggestions for must tries include: the stuffed artichoke appetizer, the Carolyn sandwich (roast beef & pimento cheese), the strawberry lemon drop martini, & the peach panna cotta (that was a special, I think). My friend said that his dirty martini was the best one that he has ever had made by someone other than himself. Thankfully, the cocktails were very strong, which we appreciated. The restaurant even had decent coffee, which is hard to find outside of Starbucks. We sat out on the patio with a live singer/guitar player. He played classic oldies from my childhood like Brown Eyed Girl & had a really nice voice. The bathroom was very clean & smelled good. It reminded me of a bathroom from a day spa with fresh flowers, candles,…etc. We will definitely be going back there again & will ask to be seated in Jonathons section.

AMAZING FOOD !!!. My best friend was coming to Atlanta on business,so my mother and I drove over to meet him and have dinner last night. My mom was looking for a new place for all of us to try, since we are all love to cook and eat great food, and she found this truly great place. We drove out to meet my friend and went to the Peach & The Pork Chop in Roswell. It is in a very nice suburban area,OTP, north of Atlanta. It is located in a new shopping center with a few other restaurants and local shops around it. The decor was very nice and inviting. The entire place had a very relaxed and casual feel. There is a small bar area as you enter and the dinning room is to the right, they also have a great patio area. The menu is what really caught my attention, everything on this menu sounded amazing. They have a large variety of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers and dinner entrees to choose from, plenty for even picky eaters and vegetarians to choose from. Also, most of the food is locally sourced, which is a definite plus for me. We started our meals with the shrimp corn dogs w/ sweet onion remoulade and Coca-Cola braised pork belly with pickled beets,au jus, crostini and apricot preserves. Both dishes blew my socks off ! The pork belly was tender and perfectly cooked, all the elements of this dish complimented the pork belly and none over powered each other. The shrimp corn dogs were incredible, the batter was light and crunchy and the sweet onion remoulade dipping sauce only made this dish better. Hopefully they will add a 1/4 pound corn dog to their menu someday soon. They offer a 1/4 hot dog on the menu that I will have to try on a future visit. For our dinner My best friend had the fried chicken with whipped sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus topped with gingered apples & pecans. The chicken was so moist and tender, some of the best fried chicken I have ever had, and the sides accompanied the meal perfectly. My mom order the braised beef short rib w/ ricotta risotto, roasted baby heirloom carrots, crispy sage, maple vinaigrette. The meat fell of the bone, was fork tender and had incredible flavor. The risotto was creamy and cooked to perfection, something that I have found very hard to find in a restaurant. I ordered the Fat Farm burger, 2-12 pound burger patties, fried egg, sauted mushrooms & onions, bacon, hot sausage, swiss & cheddar cheese. Served on a brioche bun w/ homemade potato chips and a dill pickle. Holy Cow this was a monster burger ! But, I was able to handle it with ease. The burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned,a dying art I think, and all the toppings worked well together. The egg was over medium, but yolk was still a little runny. PERFECT ! The bun was toasted and held together surprisingly well. The highlight was the hot sausage from Parma Sausage Company in Pittsburgh,PA. What a great sausage old school sausage flavor and just the right amount of spicy heat to add to the burger. We ordered a ton of food, but we could not resist dessert. We all shared the Peanut Butter Pie w/ chocolate sauce, grape jelly whip cream, Warm Peach Brownie w/Jack Daniels honey ice cream and MariAnnas Homemade, one of the owner’s mother in law, Coconut cake. All three were rich and delicious. The brownie however was the standout, my best friend said it was the best he has ever had ! I have to agree with him,it was light and airy, but still rich and fulfilling for all chocolate fans. The honey ice cream and peaches only added to theecstasy of eating dessert. The service was outstanding our waiter,Wes, was very attentive and knowledgeable about all the menu items and he offered us some truly great menu suggestions. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chuck and Trace the owners of the restaurant. Both were super nice and friendly guys. I could tell by talking to them that they both love to cook/eat and take great pride in making their customers happy. I look forward to coming back here many more times to try the rest of the amazing food on their menu. Wes,Chuck and Trace THANK YOU for making our dinner at your restaurant so incredibly special and memorable. Keep up the GREAT WORK !
