This is one of my staples. Super flavorful and consistent, as well as a great value. I highly recommend the Pho #1, and the smoothies are good as well… coconut is my favorite. My only negative comment (not quite complaint) is that a few times I’ve gone there to get lunch and they have not been open during opening hours, and I’ve been told the owners were caught in traffic. Again, minor complaint but can be annoying if you’re in a rush, etc. But otherwise worth the wait!

As others have mentioned, this place sits humbly beside a gas station. It’s owned and run by an older couple, and it has a small dining area. The food is absolutely delicious and really, really cheap for what you get. It’s pretty much always busy, as it has a bit of a cult following. They’re generally bad at refilling your drinks, but other than that I have nothing bad to say. Try th Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Food!!. I am a regular here as are the majority of the dive’s patrons, and I must say that this is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant at its finest. The service is slow, but for me that is part of the experience of dining in a place like this. Food is fresh and VERY reasonably priced. The kitchen is quite small so if it’s crowded don’t expect a quick meal. Definitely worth a try.

Amazing. Authentic. Great Prices.. This place is wonderful. It is a true gem. The prices, food, and owners are all great. The banh mi sandwiches are under $5 and they are incredible. Please give them a try! I highly recommend the banh mi! 🙂

This place was packed. I went here because I love Vietnamese food and am exploring the area. It’s a very small restaurant but it was apparent many were regulars. I was thrilled to see many vegetarian choices on the menu. The vegetable pot I had was wonderful and enough food for two meals. I also enjoyed the tofu wrapped in grape leaves. I will definitely be going back.

One of our favorite spots. My daughter and I ate at P&C again last night. We got there just in time as by the time we left it was SRO. We had the grilled lamb spring rolls (bright and fresh with delicious dipping sauce), and then I had the brisket/flank pho while my daughter had the lemongrass beef. The pho was excellent; the beef slices were so tender and the broth was rich and flavorful. As for the lemongrass beef, my daughter usually sticks with pho, but was very happy that she ordered this, and now intends to work her way through the non-pho menu, starting with Mi Saigon next time. Perfect meal for a cold night.Yes, the restaurant is small, yes it’s next to a gas station, yes the kitchen is hardly bigger than a postage stamp, but the welcome is always pleasant, the tea perfect (the owner’s own blend, she will tell you) and from my experience some of the best food ever has come from hole-in-the-wall places (think Solly’s Tamales in Vicksburg).

Asian, Not Vietnamese. I knew I was in trouble when I asked for my favorite dish by its Vietnamese name and the server told me she wasn’t Vietnamese and therefore didn’t know what I was asking. I started with egg rolls, which didn’t taste bad but were about 95% shredded carrots inside. the dipping sauce was good. For my meal I had grilled pork and rice. The pork pieces were jammed onto two wooden skewers, and had very little flavor other than the flavor of the grill. Rice was long grain, not short–no biggie. Service was a bit slow for lunch, but I was not in a hurry. I did not get a water refill until my bill came out.Probably will not return unless it’s to try something different and again not in a hurry.
