We enjoyed a wonderful tea of college daughters and moms. The food was good although the high tea plates were filled with mostly sweets and small tea sandwiches without any cucumber. The tea was amazing though. We were all enjoying catching up since the girls had not seen one another for awhile. We were laughing and chattering away when a very rude man proceeded to chastise us loudly for not being quieter. It was absolutely the most shocking display I have ever seen. I hope the Teahouse Tyrant will learn that real teahouses are a womens only place where joy filled laughter and squeals are welcome. Although the staff responded with concern to us, I wish they would have asked him to leave.

VERY RUDE – Don’t waste your time!. I hate saying something negative about someone but if I had known the people at this place were going to be so rude I wouldn’t have bought a gift card to this place for my friend. We went to go to the restaurant and when we asked for a table they told him that didn’t he know he had to make a reservation on a Friday. Well, no, if we had known that wouldn’t we have made a reservation. There were several tables inside that were open but the lady said they were reserved. She said we could go outside and eat, which would have been fine even though it was 95 degrees today, but there weren’t any tables outside. He told her this and she said well we could eat at one of the tables but we would have to be done in 15 minutes. Now I can eat fast because I am a teacher but I don’t really want to be pressured to eat in 15 minutes when going to a restaurant. You would think they would have at least given us the option to sit for a few minutes and if we really wanted to eat there we could take the food to go but no, they don’t do to go orders! SO FINE YOU DON’T WANT OUR MONEY, well we went to Pico Autentico right done the street and had an awesome lunch and the best service ever! I know what you are thinking I must work for the other restaurant, but not I don’t I’m a teacher and on my first day of summer! I was just so turned off by this restaurant that I wish I would have known ahead of time and I want to save you all the time as well!! 🙂 Have a great day and just eat somewhere else in Roswell Square! There are many fabulous restaurants! We have eaten at Disel, best pizza ever, and had the cupcakes, so yummy. Always, had amazing service anywhere else in the square. It is such a fun place!

Great place to go for lunch or just plain afternoon tea. This place will most definately appeal to those who want a healthy, fresh, and organic meal.

A very dynamic cuisine: fresh, revitalizing, healthy. An avant garde menu that you won’t find anywhere else making this friendly and cozy restaurant a very unique place to be.

Great ladies lunch spot. Get the cold cherry soup. their salads are also divine.

Perfect Lunch Spot. This little tea house hides away on a quiet street in Roswell. The parking can be a challenge. The menu is stacked full with healthy options. Huge salads with dried fruits, veggies, and dressings infused with green tea. Your meal begins with a tasting of the featured tea of the day. The fixed menu of the day is a great way to sample their offerings. Don’t skip dessert esspecially if the cherry crisp w/ cream is being served. Here you can eat and eat and leave not feeling as if you have blown your diet. they also offer Japenese Tea Service with an advanced reservation. Allow plenty of time for your meal as it can sometimes take an hour or more to dine. Fast is not on the menu. They sell tea, pots, diffusers, etc. and will package thme nicely for gifts.
