Awesome cajun food! You must try the cajun flat bread-one of the best apps on the planet. Entrees are a little small (probably the right size for what one should eat), but very very good. Burgers, poboys, shrimp and grits are all fantastic!
Roux on Canton was one of the worst meals. We went with high expectations because we heard good reviews from friends. My salad was served with rotten peaches. The guacamole served on the fish taco was brown. Not to mention we waited ten minutes for a server to greet us before moving to the bar. Very disappointing.
Horrible service, food and atmosphere. We came here to celebrate an anniversary but it turned into a nightmare. The 1 1/2 hour wait turned into 2 1/2 hour wait. The patrons at the bar were drunk and kept hitting us, along with the staff pushing their way past the drunks. Shrimp was rubbery and grits overcooked! Never again!!!
Hot Place. Great food and friendly service. The staff is laid back but wants to give you an enjoyable experience and flexes to meet your needs. Fried chicken was well prepared–even though not on the menu. Hush puppies melt in your mouth, and the risotto was firm yet creamy. Get the beignets!
