Food and services was above and beyond. Butcher block and the Louisiana egg rolls for the start of meal was perfect. London Broil for the entree was full of flavor and sides were delicious. Manager brought my wife some Champagne on the house. We will be returning here. Debbie Denson
Decided to go back as i’ve been here at least 2 other times. Calmari was just a little chewy, just a little over cooked. The wings were really good. The pulled pork tacos were ok as well!
Great place for lunch… the waiter was a little backed up due to a big group but my table of 6 never felt like we were not taken care of. Everyone at my table loved their food. I had the hanger steak sandwich and although it wasn’t what I expected, it was great. The sandwich was open faced with a gravy/sauce on top.
7 onion Soup. Oh my .. I joked that i couldn’t even think of 7 types of onions for this soup. Classic soup with wonderful flavor. My boyfriend ordered pizza, it was nothing special. This restaurant was very loud and busy. This entire street was super cute. Our server was okay but I didn’t understand why he didn’t split the bill which made for a little awkwardness with our dinning partners.
Exceptional food, nice atmosphere, great service. The food was truly exceptional. My family and I just shared a bunch of appetizers. I had she-crab soup (not quite the same as they make it in VB/OBX but still very good). The calamari and mussels were excellent. We also shared some kind of southwest eggrolls, which were also good. My mom had a spinach salad, my step-dad had the 7 onion soup and they both really enjoyed them. The beer selection was not huge but pretty diverse, and available wines were substantial. The atmosphere is classy but comfortable, brick walls but fancy mirrors, nice dim lighting. The service was on the ball. I will definitely be back!
My favorite Burger. The food is good. The staff is exceptional. And the ambiance is chill. There is always a little wait, but what do you expect when the place is that good. I prefer sitting at the bar, and sometimes its easier to get a table than a seat at the bar. Everyone raves about Salt apps and entrees, but I love the burgers there. The steakhouse and the bleu burger are my favorite, and I always substitute the fries with a side salad, the staff is happy to do it.
A great spot!. If you have not been to Salt yet, you are missing out. The place has a lot of buzz and I always avoided it because of the long lines and waiting time. My husband and a few friends decided to all go get some drinks at the bar and decided to order a few appetizers to munch on while at the bar. Needless to say we ended up getting a table and having dinner. The food is SOO GOOD. Here are some things we ordered: Crispy Shrimp, Mussels (have a little kick to them), and my personal favorite, the calamari. I ordered the orange Salmon entre and my husband ordered the London Broil which were to die for. I always thought Salt was more of a bar scene, but it really has really delicious food. I went back with a coeworker the next day and had the salmon entre again (its that good). I cant wait to try the rest of the menu.
