I tried Thai Emerald for the first time the other night and fell in love. I ordered my food to-go, and was very impressed. The vibe of the restaurant is very relaxing and intimate. Great for dates. I ordered three vegetable rolls and Masaman Curry with chicken. The vegetable rolls were very fresh and hot. The duck sauce had a hint of vinegar, which I loved. The Masaman Curry was very saucy and fresh as well. The chicken and all the vegetables were cooked well. The vegetables still had a crunch to them and were not soggy. Will definitely return.

BEST THAI FOOD EVER!!!!. Since this is my first time writing a review of a restaurant, I decided to write about my (and my family’s) most favorite restaurant in the world. I love many different type of food, Thai being one of them, but among many many thai restaurants that I have eaton at in US as well as internationally, I have to tell you that the food at this thai restaurant is by far the BEST…especially these dishes: Emerald Cashew Nut Chicken (you can substitute tofu if you are veg), Veg pineapple fried rice, Spring rolls (made fresh, not from frozen like most other places), Thai Basil Rolls (can be ordered without shrimp if you are veg), Green Curry, Panang Curry, etc. My favorite desert at this place is coconut ice cream which is made fresh from scratch and definitely worth trying at least once even if you don’t like coconut. I have been eating at this place almost twice a month, if not more, since 2005 and the food has been consistent in quality. I have taken so many of my friends and family visiting us from out of town who have repeatedly said that this is the best thai food they had and want to go every time they are in town.
