Disappointing. We have eaten at this location a number of times and the last 2 times havent been very good. On both occasions the air conditioning had broken and it was about 80 degrees in there, last night the same thing happened, we were sitting at the table literally sweating. The waiter said something about the owner of the building not fixing it and that it always happens after heavy rains???They didnt have enough servers to accommodate us when we arrived so we waited 45 minutes to be seated even though there were only about 8 tables occupied? It was a nice fun place for our daughter to spend her birthday but we wont be going back again, there are plenty of other great restaurants in the area for that kind of $$$$

Horrible Experience. Horrible horrible service at the Roswell/Alpharetta location! Server was no where to be found, never refilled drinks, allowed pot of oil to burn on table. We asked to speak to manager, he was very nice and even offered complimentary cheese and chocolate for our next visit. We did not tip well due to the horrible service, the server Bradley then followed us out to the parking lot and loudly asked why we didn’t tip enough!! We went back in and got the manager again, the server then came over and then argued with the manager that he had a right to question us. HORRIBLE and very unprofessional service!! We will never visit this melting pot again. Highly disappointed!!!
Great romantic spot. Your experience here is more than dinner, it is hours of something different, a place that forces you to interact with the the others in your party. A great date night spot
Worst Meal. We spent more than $100 for 2 people and everything we had was sweet including the shrimp and ahi tuna. It was so bad we left most of the shrimp and tuna order at the table. The waiter was very friendly but we will never come back. This was our worst meal in the Atlanta area.
Food was good, but you need a Sherpa to navigate the overwhelming choices. It is very difficult to decide on the cheese and cooking styles with picky food eaters at your table. Directions are given rapidly and it’s hard to remember.
Before they say I DO, join us for FONDUE!. I co-hosted a cheese and chocolate Bridal Shower at your Roswell, GA location about a week ago. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff for a wonderful day! The team opened in the afternoon for our group and we had a large room perfect for opening gifts, playing games, and socializing. The staff was extremely attentive and did a fantastic job going above and beyond to ensure the event was special and a success. Thanks to the Roswell team! I’ll definitely keep you all in mind for future showers.
