My favorite sushi place. There is something for everyone! I love their all you can eat snow crab at night. Ask for it to be cooked and they bring out melted butter for it.

We were greeted warmly and promptly seated. Our server arrived after only a slight delay. For the most part, the service was attentive for the duration of our meal. The noise level of the back dining area became worse as the evening progressed. The hard surfaces comprising the ceiling and walls produced a profusion of reflective sound. I regretted not brining my earplugs, especially when the loud chatter of the adults and undisciplined children became unbearable. We would have been better off sitting in the front dining area. Even the booths in front on the hibachi grill section would have been a quieter choice. The seating area as well as the buffet and hibachi areas appeared to be very clean and orderly. However, the aisles in the dining room section were a tight squeeze. This is what occurs when attempting to cram as many tables as possible into a constricted space. As is typical of buffet restaurants, ease of accessibility was largely dependent on how many other patrons were present. Strategically sidestepping hurrying servers added to the already awkwardly maneuverable buffet area. While some of the food items such as the vegetable fried rice, string beans, spring rolls and vegetable tempura were quite good; the tepid temperature of the food was one of the biggest detriments of the meal. Waiting for an item to be replenished assured that particular item would be hot but chances were the other items placed on the plate would not be. What passed for heat lamps were absolutely ineffective. There is nothing worse than cold tempura.I was looking forward to a tofu item but it was not offered the evening we dined there.I thought a better alternative to the not-so-hot buffet would be the items at the hibachi bar. While the veggies were fresh, I did not care for their taste after they were prepared. The culprit may have been the oil or the sauce or a combination of both. The hibachi chicken, despite being white meat was of inferior quality. I tried a bite and could not eat any more of it.The thought of endless crab legs sounded enticing at first but they were the frozen kind and not appealing enough to return for seconds. The shrimp tasted like the imported farm raised variety from Asia. The dessert bar and ice cream were nothing special. I did enjoy the fresh strawberries and the cantaloupe wasn’t bad either. The sushi was adequate.Based on the food quality of some of the selections and lack of attention to food temperature I have to conclude the dinner buffet is not worth the money and difficulty.Generally, buffet restaurants are a tricky proposition at best. I can’t say I would return for a sequel.

Sushi all dried up must have been sitting there all day!. I took my 12 year old granddaughter here for her birthday as that is where she wanted to go, however because she could not produce an ID, (12 year olds dont get ids…geeesh..) they refused to give her here birthday dinner for free as they advertise. The food was ok, and the sushi was all dried out. We will never go to this restaurant again…they said they didnt care about the reviews..lol.

Cold tasteless food. The hours posted on the website indicated the restaurant opened at 11:30. We arrived about 11:45 and they were not yet ready for business. We waited about 15 minutes before we could help ourselves to the buffet. Out of all the dishes I tried, only the crab soup was good. All of the hot dishes were quite cold and had an odd taste or no taste. My husband tried the hibachi and it also was tasteless. We left, not hungry, but not feeling like we’d had enough for what we had planned to be our only meal of the day. We won’t be back.
