  Huge waste of time and money. Never go back there again. I had to wait forever to get one toasted bagel with cream cheese and white chocolate mocha, after waiting 15-20 minutes instead of mocha they gave me latte and bagel was cold and not even toasted, had to wait another 5 min to get mocha and i did not even bother to ask for another bagel, i had no time for that. end up throwing away bagel.

  No cream-cheese for you! slow drive-thru service!. The employees are polite. One bagel and cream cheese is a couple pennies short of 3$. VERY stingy with cream-cheese: it appears the cream-cheese was purposeful applied to the edges to make it seem like they put an adequate amount yet the center was dry and there was barely 1mm of cream cheese height-wise covering the whole bagel…. This has happened on multiple occasions.So standard service here is 3$ for 1 toasted bagel and 1g of cream-cheese… thanks but you can keep your average bagel! Side-note: I first started coming here because they had a coffee and bagel combo…. but that doesn’t exist anymore: now they milk you for a separate coffee / bagel (and then mist a lil cream-cheese for around 5$).Drive-thru service is glacial…

  The service at this Einstein Brothers is consistently HORRIBLE. This Einsteins does amazing volume. It’s phenomenally located right in the center of the Perimeter business district. A few years ago, it doubled its size. People meet here (elderly, moms, interviews, etc.) on a regular basis. I live half a mile away, in one direction and own a business half a mile away in the other direction. I’d go frequently but they just cannot seem to get their acts together. Over the years, I’ve observed a constant turnover in staff. Any/every time I go, they get my order wrong, forget a drink, give me sweet tea instead of unsweetened (at the drive up window), etc. The staff behind the counter screams the name of the client waiting in a very disconcerting way, and the queues waiting for orders (both to place and to pick up) are often unusually long. Those that purport to be managers are rude and impatient. (I just recently had an experience with a woman named Monique who said she was the manager and got very snarky with me despite her error.) I’m sorry to say that the staff, in general, just doesn’t appear properly trained and are really not at the level that they should be in this type of entity. I don’t know if this is a franchised or company-owned location but they need to commit to paying their staff a couple of dollars more an hour in order to entice a higher caliber of personnel. I can imagine the volume would be that much higher and customers would be SATISFIED if the help was just better.

  Not bagels, just burger rolls with holes. What kind bagel place runs out of plain bagels at 8AM? Then can’t even serve you what you ordered.

  Consistently good food & quick service. As the title says, consistently good food and quick service. one time someone with a really thick accent was calling out names for orders coming up so that was a pet peeve. other than that one day of tough name calling, i have not had a problem here. the selection is vast and my husband likes the bagel pizzas. there is adequate seating and some outdoors as well. i love the honey butter here. staff is friendly and gets your order correct 100% of time.
