Not so good. Went there last Sat for 1st time.Got there at 630,not very crowded.Server,maria, cam right over and evrything sounded great–we went with 2 specials,the chicken soup and a marinated pork chunk dish.Well the soup was excellent–but the pork dish with clams was bad.We had asked to put my wifes clams on the side since she hates clams–thats didnt happen.The pork was not trimmed and was very grissly/tough—jus a bad cut of meat.Then when we wanted to leave it took 30 minutes and 3 requests to get a bill–we never saw maria again,iand i think shes an owner–we wont be back
Good place. Small selection of food, but it all looked good. I had the veal, my wife had the paella.Not really toddler friendly in case this matters to you…
Disappointed. Not entirely all that is set to be. Owner was friendly but very insisting. Food way over priced and tasteless. Will not return.
Lunch and service to remember – Great. My wife, I and a friend decided to try Emido’s Portuguese/Spanish/Italian restaurant for a quick lunch and stayed much longer to enjoy the outstanding food, superb services and a creme burlee that is the best we have ever enjoyed… The shrimp and mashed potatoes, my pork and red wine sauce and my friend’s chicken marsala were absolutely one of a kind – Simplesmente magnficos… The secret to all this restaurant is the owners are committed to great service and superb food… As a world traveler I enjoy fine food, great service and highly recommend Emidio’s as your next destination…
Excellent. My wife and I dinned at Emidio’s last night using our Groupon. It was our first visit and we loved it. My wife ordered a tapas plate of shrimp in a garlic sauce. Very good! Probably ten big shrimp…almost a meal in itself. I ordered a Portuguese seafood stew over rice. Also excellent. I lived in Lisbon for a year and Emidio is true to his Portuguese heritage and cooking skills.This was a Wednesday night and there were very few people there. It is a family run restaurant….service a bit slow, but the owners were very nice and friendly. I hope word of mouth continues and Emidio’s is very successful.
