Noodles were disgusting and chicken had zero flavor. Sushi was unimpressiv. My fiance put soy sauce on his noodles to give them flavor. Would NOT reccomend and won’t be returning!
Ordered an extremely overpriced rice bowl ($20). Figured that the price might directly correspond with something great tasting….boy was I wrong. Dry, no flavor, just yuck. Big disappointment. Maybe, the sushi is better but I won’t be wasting my money to find out.
Not Recommended-Very-Bad food, low quality, stole my money, and no service at all. If you are looking for great food and service, DO NOT eat here. The food is pricey and the quality is poor. The noodles tasted over cooked and they were drenched in soy sauce. The beef was undercooked. I ate cause I was starving but. The when I paid the bill, I gave them a $100 bill. I was supposed to get $85.34 back in change but they only gave me back $65. I had a hard time getting them to come back to my table. Another waiter apologized and returned the $20 they kept from my change. What happened to the $.34? I was informed they round to the nearest dollar and do not give change. That is madness. I have never heard of such nonsense.
Bad service bad food. Restaurant was dirty. The place was empty but took forever to be waited on. Too much oil in food.
Luke warm noodles. We visited this establishment for lunch on March 6, 2012 and order yaki soba. After sitting on the serving counter for approximately 5 minutes, the three servings were brought to our table in a luke warm state. I asked the waitress to notify the manager that we wanted to speak with him and explained the problem. The manager did not appear until it was time to pay the bill. After hearing my complaint he simply apologized without offering any incentive for us to return. To make matters worse they did not return the 40 cents of my change explaining they don’t make change when it’s less than a dollar. In a nutshell the food is okay but overpriced and the service is mediocre at best. I won’t make the mistake of returning to Genki Noodles & Sushi.
Best sushi/noodle combo yet. Love it will return often!
Absolutely loved it!!! First time there and food was wonderful, service was good not great……will go back!!!
