I ordered a take out and picked food up , and my girl notices the beef didnt look like beef , i tried a few picees and it tasted real bad and smelled afull , we took the food back and the man at tge counter said no refunds only exchange omly and he charged is $2 more for yhe food that was missing which waz only a few bites, so we ended up getting the gyro and it also taste like crap, we believe that they are using rat meat or something else, anyway do not eat there food , trust me
Good food, speedy delivery to Northside Hospital
NEVER EVER AGAIN. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was rude when I first ordered food over the phone. When the food got delivered, I noticed one item was missing and the other one wasn’t what I ordered. I called back and he argued with me that this is what I ordered, was even more rude and hung up in me. I called him back with a different number because he wouldn’t answer the phone with my number and asked why he hung up on me. He told me he didn’t want to deal with this. I told him I would return the food and want a refund. When I got there he did not speak to me and had no choice but to refund me. He was the rudest person and I am not surprised other reviews mention that he is rude and hangs up on people. That is NO way to do business and I will NEVER order food from there again.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Although I have never eaten here, I will never do so after my experience with this establishment. I called to complain when I found one their menus on my windshield when my car was parked in my driveway in a gated community. They denied they had employed anyone to do this, although I explained that other cars in my neighborhood also had the menus on their windshields. When I explained that the person was trespassing, the man that answered the phone hung up on me. I called back and the man yelled at me and told me I could just throw it away and hung up again. Very rude and obviously has no regard for property law, which makes me wonder if he has any regard for health laws either.
Customer Service is Terrible!. Kevin or Justin whatever his name is…the guy who always answers the phone there is quite rude. I haven’t ordered from them in quite some time because of him. So I decided to give it another try and once again I get noting but attitude for no reason. This jerk got my order wrong. The driver tried to go back to get my order right but he told the driver that no he was not going to do it. THIS GUY IS NOT THE MANAGER. He is just the cashier, the manager of the store does not speak any English so there is no way to complain to him about his unruly employee unless you speak his language… If you are a stickler for customer service and demand basic kindness from someone who wants your business then I would say NEVER order from this place.
WORST SERVICE EVER. My husband went into restaurant and placed a to go order but didn’t have his wallet. They refused to take his order until he could provide his card number. We only live 2 minutes away so I called in with a credit card number and placed order for pickup I was told order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband goes to pick up order and they said it would be 15 minutes and that they didn’t start cooking it because they needed to see card first. THEY HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE LIKE US BEFORE. While he was in there another man walked in and picked up his to go order, no issues. So it was clear this wasn’t the policy for everyone. Needless to say they didn’t get our business and won’t be getting it. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT PATRONIZING this restaurant
Absolutely hideous. The sweet and sour shrimp was heavily breaded, soggy, bland and tasteless. The fried rice had the taste and texture of rubber shavings. Teriyaki chicken, salad and egg rolls all tasted like they came out of the same mass produced Chinese frozen food assembly line. One or two bites of each dish then straight to the nearest garbage can.
